A good idea

I’m going to mix this up a little bit. I’m still doing all the daily blogging posts but I’m not going to try and force myself to do them daily. I find that I wrote better that way.

A good idea

There are many good ideas to be honest. When it comes to furthering your careers, relationships with partners, family or friends, or even just good lifestyle ideas in general. This is a very easy subject to write about.

The good idea I’m going to talk about today is self care. When I’m at my lowest I find it difficult to do this. Even the simplest of tasks like having a shower or brushing my hair seem astronomical. It’s not because I don’t want to, if anyone knows we well enough I spend near enough every evening I’m not at work in the bath. It’s time for me to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet away from the hectic lifestyle I lead on a daily basis.

When you’re in a low period everything seems like an effort. You find yourself tired when you wake up, exhausted from the amount of emotion you’re feeling and everything seems like a chore. Even answering a simple question like “are you okay” is hard. I find myself constantly replying with “I don’t know” because it’s easier.

Self care is so very important for everyone. Therefore my good idea for you all is just to treat yourself every now and again. Even if it seems impossible, just running yourself a bubble bath or putting on a face of makeup, booking a hair appointment or getting your nails done. Just do something for yourself every once in a while and see what a difference it makes to your self esteem and your moods.
